About Us - Our Vision/Goal.

Our goal is to provide a rich, loving and secure environment where children can grow with confidence, integrity and security. This can be achieved through a program where children’s developmental needs are challenged and enriched within a comfortable and safe home environment and by supporting the Educators within their nurturing and educational roles.

Children benefit from a variety of experiences. We believe that children need to be out in the world and we encourage Educators   to enable the children to walk, play and interact with the wider community. We believe that children benefit from regular visits to parks, playgrounds and interactions with nature. This encourages respect for the environment and offers unique opportunities for physical and emotional growth.

Werribee Early Years believes positive, respectful relationships form the basis of a child’s health and wellbeing. Relationships between children, family members, Educators and Coordination Unit members all contribute to positive opportunities and outcomes for all, particularly the children. The partnerships formed through respectful relationships enable everyone to achieve far more than they are able by themselves.

Werribee Early Years Family Day Care respects cultural diversity within the community and ensures that culture, language, values, customs and beliefs are acknowledged within the Service. Therefore we encourage the input of community, parent’s children and wider society within programming, play experiences and learning opportunities.

Werribee Early Years Family Day Care Scheme strives to provide a warm, friendly and quality home-based care environment for children.

We believe programs should reflect the needs of the Community, the interests of the children and challenges children face. Educators offer an experience rich hands on, play based program that supports children’s developmental needs.

Our Approach

Your Child’s Home away from Home.

 Every child is unique.

 Every child has a natural desire to learn.

 Children learn their best when they are actively involved with people, materials, ideas and events.

 Early Learning and care programs should promote positive and healthy environments for all children, including children with special needs.

 Parents/guardians are the most important caregivers for their child.

 All families should have equal access to our programs and services.
